About the Position: AI Prompt Engineer and Fine-Tuner

The role of AI Prompt Engineer and Fine-Tuner at e2f entails optimizing interactions with AI language models. This involves crafting effective prompts to elicit desired responses and fine-tuning the model's outputs for specific use cases. The ideal candidate possesses a robust understanding of AI language models, natural language processing, and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Engineering:

Design and test prompts for AI language models, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and coherence in generated responses.
Analyze various prompting strategies to continually enhance model interactions.

Model Fine-Tuning:

Customize model responses for specific applications, aligning with user requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers for ongoing fine-tuning based on feedback and performance metrics.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct rigorous testing to identify biases or inaccuracies in the model's responses.
