Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights for decision-making. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide insights, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Monthly report actual and forecasted performance of commercial metrics such as market share, sales growth, sales efficiency, and dealer stock, among others. To evaluate the success of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, summarizing sales analysis findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Validate growth opportunities by conducting deep research and analyzing critical and prioritized problems, including market dynamics, customer behavior, unmet needs, and best practice case studies.
- Organize cross-functional sessions and workshops to share findings, evaluate options, and define potential solutions.
Education:
- Marketing, Business administration, Engineering, Economist, or related field.
Previous Work Experience:
- Experience in data analysis.
- Marketing Intelligence / Strategic Planning.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Experience with data analysis tools: Excel (Advanced) and Tableau (Basic).
Computer Skills: Database management, Excel, and Power Point (Advanced).
Nice to have:
Experience in the automotive industry.
Certification in Tableau management.
Language: Advanced level of English.
