Generative AI Consultant
Experience in developing and implementing large language models (LLMs) and generative AI algorithms. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing applications that use generative models using deep learning techniques such as GPT-3, GPT-4, and other transformer-based models.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)
Minimum Master s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning or related technical fields
10+ years of prior work experience as a data scientist
Hands on experience in most of the following: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) applications, Information Retrieval, Machine Comprehension, Question Answering/Conversational AI
Relevant experience with organizations known for cutting edge/ best-in-class applications of Generative AI, LLMs. 4-5 projects deployed in production and delivering value would be ideal.
Experience with finetuning LLMs as well as methods like chain of thought prompting, Reinforcement learning with Human Feedback (RLHF)
Design experiments to evaluate the performance of LLMs and generative AI models
Academic Publication Record And/or Patent Experience Is Strongly Preferred
Programming skills in Python, SQL, Spark, R, hands on experience on using AWS framework or Azure ecosystem is a plus
Exposure to Deep Learning applications and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe is required.
Passionate about staying current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and eager to drive innovation
Ability to partner closely with a diverse set of business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver AI/ML solutions
