You are:
Passionate about AI, with a curiosity and drive to explore new ideas and approaches. You're on your A-game with the latest tools and methods, and you lead the charge to work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can be used to impact every US resident. What sets you apart? Unlike the rest, you see and apply your work through a human lens.

The work:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom state of the art generative LLMs (e.g. models similar to GPT or ChatGPT or GPT4) and discriminative LLMs (e.g. models similar to BERT).
  • Design, develop, and implement systems for AI alignment, Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) instruction models, and AI guardrails.
  • Conduct rigorous tests to evaluate LLMs across standardized performance benchmarks and custom evaluations.
  • Employ cutting edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve complex natural language problems.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for a non-technical audience.
Here’s what you need:

  • Experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks
  • Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and other open source NLP/NLG modules
 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $90,700 - $170,200

Colorado: $90,700 - $147,100

New York: $83,900 - $170,200

Washington: $96,600 - $156,600
