Job Description
The Opportunity
The Cint Technology team is looking for a Software Engineer to join our AI / ML team. This position is for a software engineer who likes challenges. Our business has been doubling in the last few years, and our systems need to scale to accommodate this growth.
Our ideal candidate considers themselves among the highly technical, who likes to push the limits of their knowledge and experience every day.
In this role, you will work on implementing, scaling, and maintaining the code that powers our production systems. With great freedom to innovate, you will play a key role in world-class research building the next generation of Cint products.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a couple of years hands-on professional software development experience as well as a solid foundation in Machine Learning.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- You will have excellent programming skills and be proficient at least in one
- of the major programming languages, e.g. Python / Go / Java / Scale, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS
- Proven experience as an AI / ML Engineer
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Deep knowledge of maths, probability, statistics and algorithms
- You like to push the limits of your knowledge every day
- You enjoy working as part of a team
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, e.g. PyTorch / TensorFlow, etc.
- Experience with big data, cloud technologies, and open-source software tools
- Experience with Neural Networks and Gradient Boosting methods
Education
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field
