Mission

As an AI Engineer, your mission is to harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive innovation, solve complex problems, and create tangible value for our customers and stakeholders.

You will leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning to design, build, and deploy scalable and efficient algorithms and systems that deliver real-world impact and transform data into actionable insights, automate decision-making processes, and drive business growth and success.

This is what you will be contributing to:

Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to address business challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA and DevOps engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct research and experimentation to identify and evaluate state-of-the-art AI techniques and technologies, and incorporate them into our products and services.
Develop scalable and efficient algorithms and pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and inference.
Implement best practices for model training, evaluation, and monitoring, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems in production.
Provide technical guidance and support, promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience working in AI and machine learning, with a focus on developing and deploying production-grade solutions.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and transfer learning.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization, and familiarity with tools and techniques for managing large-scale datasets.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex problems and develop creative and effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
