Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, designs, videos, scheduling, and analytics.
- Content creation and curation: Generate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive elements. Utilize AI tools to optimize content generation and curation.
- Community management: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers, customers, and influencers.
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns: Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to track social media performance, measure key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated on AI trends: Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI tools, technologies, and social media algorithms. Identify and implement innovative AI solutions to enhance social media strategies and content creation processes.
- Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all social media platforms. Coordinate with external vendors or agencies, as needed.
- Stay compliant with legal and ethical standards: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to social media, data privacy, and AI usage. Ensure all content and campaigns comply with brand guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Techno-functional expertise: Possess hands-on experience using AI tools and technologies for social media management. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered content generation, scheduling, and analytics platforms effectively.
- Social media management experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
