 Hello there!
My name is Andrea and I am a Data Enthusiast.
I've been studying as a Self-Taught through online MOOCs and Courses and have been getting my hands dirty with some real-world Projects. (I Love Projects, wanna build some together?)
I'm pretty handy with a bunch of different Programming Languages and have been able to build some really cool trading systems that buy and sell based on Market Data and patterns.
I'm also pretty good at analyzing data and building models to predict trends and find hidden insights.Â
But don't worry, I won't bore you with a bunch of technical jargon, I'm happy to explain everything in plain English - no need to know all the fancy terms. :D
One of my strongest skills is my ability to adapt to new Tools and Technologies.
Give me one week of deep study, and I'll be ready to use any Programming Language, Technology, Framework, etc.
In my opinion, Flexibility is the most valuable skill when it comes down to ever-changing and fast-growing fields such as Technology, and more in particular, Data.
The Language I am using these days the most is Python (I'm a PyKid), but I am also fluent in SQL and many others.
Plus, I'm a great Team Player.Â
Coming from a Strong Financial Background, I've worked with Traders, Analysts, and other folks in the trading world to come up with and implement new strategies.Â
My Work Ethic is driven by a desire to constantly improve and achieve more, making me an ideal candidate for any job.
I'm Highly Organized and I'm super Detail-Oriented, I always do my best to make sure everything is just right.
Even when handling multiple projects at once I'll still be delivering high-quality work on time.
My current Goal, while I'm trying to break into the Data field, is to keep looking for ways to improve my skills - I'm constantly learning new techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Data and AI.
The Ideal Job in Data that I'm looking for, would be one that has a lot to teach, where I can expand my knowledge - I love learning stuff!
In the meantime, I'll keep studying and taking as many certifications I can, posting stuff, creating exciting Projects on Kaggle and GitHub, and more in general, learn and apply as much as I can.
I am open to new Opportunities and Challenges, so if you're looking for someone who's passionate about Data, willing to put in the work and who has a never ending Knowledge Hunger, let's connect!Â
