I am Hamza Shaikh an enthusiast data science scholar and professional. I am having 3 years of industrial experience.
During this period of time I learned to implement data life cycle on real world data driven projects. By working on end to end projects solely as well as team individual I got chance to wear different hats on the same job role.
My professional journey started with o2h Technology. It was early stage startup when I joined the team as an AI ENGINEER. It was challenging but management trusted me and gave me platform to showcase my best version. I was for entire project deliverables that included following activities :
1 - Weekly client communication for requirements gathering
2 - Review of implemented solution
changes in requirements
3 - Keep technical team aligned by documentation of the project
4 - Daily milestone setting
5 - Implementing solution using core technologies ( like python, Machine Learning, AWS, etc )
6 - Following agile methodology throughout the project and set goals of each sprint
7 - UAT to client with appropriate guidelines and documentation
8 - Market research for the scope of the product ( SWOT Analysis )
My current role at Diverge as AI ENGINEER is giving leverage to work with cutting edge technologies.
1 - LLM models building and fine tuning using HuggingFace
2 - Building APIs using python and fast API. Also deployment on EC2
3 - Handle devops of mobile app development as well as AI models
By handling these various task, it made me more open to see the bigger picture of market and how product change the game and generates revenue.
This lead me to deep dive more to work on problems that worth it and can ease process ( Recuce iteration of process / make less human interaction ) or uplift the lifestyle.
