    Order and share what is needed

    You pay when you order and RemoteAI holds the money. The seller receives your answers to their questions and starts the work.

    Get your delivery

    Follow progress in your messages. The seller delivers through RemoteAI, on the date shown in the package.

    Accept, or ask for a revision

    You have 14 days to check the work. Ask for the revisions included in your package, or open an issue if something is wrong. The seller is paid only after you accept, and never before 14 days after delivery.

Who are the sellers?+

AI professionals who joined RemoteAI and passed our profile review. Every service is also read by our team before it is listed.

What if the work is not what was promised?+

Ask for a revision, or open an issue within 14 days of the delivery. If the delivery does not match the package and cannot be fixed, you get a full refund. See buyer protection for details.

What if the seller does not deliver?+

If the delivery date passes, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Who owns the work?+

You do, once the order is complete and paid. Code, workflows and accounts are set up in your own accounts.

Do I pay for the tools the expert uses?+

Usage of tools in your own accounts (for example AI model or phone minutes) is paid by you directly. Good sellers estimate these costs in their description.

Why must everything stay on RemoteAI?+

It is what keeps your payment protected. Never pay a seller outside RemoteAI: we can only protect orders made here.
