How we verify jobs
Company website confirmed
A company posting for free confirms its website, for example from an email address at that domain. Until it is confirmed, its job waits for a review (see step 6).
Jobs from employers' own career pages
Many listings are imported from the career pages AI companies publish on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. For those, you apply on the company's own site.
Automatic quality check
An imported job is published only if it describes AI work, has a real description and links back to the employer's page.
Taken down when the role closes
When a job disappears from the employer's career page, we take it down here and say it is no longer available.
No payment from candidates
Jobs that ask candidates for fees, transfers, gift cards, crypto or any other payment are not allowed. Messages that ask a talent to pay or use referral links are flagged to our team.
Team review when something is unclear
Free posts from companies whose website is not confirmed wait for a review. If no one has decided after 24 hours, the post goes live unless it looks like spam. Posts that look like spam stay hidden until our team checks them, and spam is rejected.
Reports after publication
Anyone can report a job that looks unsafe. Reports reach our team, and jobs that break our rules are removed.
Our policy
A free post from a company whose website is not confirmed waits up to 24 hours for our review; posts that look like spam stay hidden until our team checks them. An imported job that fails the quality check is not published. A job reported as unsafe is reviewed and removed if it breaks our rules. No check catches everything: never pay to apply, and report any job that asks.
