Every job post on RemoteAI is manually reviewed before it is published to the marketplace. We check company information, public signals, and job quality, and we block posts that do not meet our standards.
How we verify jobs
Professional company email check
We review the company email used for the post and look for signs that it matches a real business identity.
Company website check
We review the company website and basic public information to confirm the employer appears legitimate and active.
LinkedIn or public presence check
We look for LinkedIn pages or other credible public signals that support the company identity behind the job post.
Job description quality review
We manually review the description for clarity, completeness, and whether the role looks like a serious hiring need rather than low-quality spam.
Salary or budget realism check
We look for compensation ranges or budgets that appear realistic for the role and market context.
No candidate payment rule
Jobs that ask candidates for fees, transfers, gift cards, crypto, or other payments are not allowed.
Scam pattern detection
We review posts for common scam patterns, misleading claims, impersonation risks, and suspicious behavior.
Manual review for suspicious posts
If anything looks inconsistent or unclear, we review the post more closely before deciding whether it should be published.
Community report system
Even after publication, users can report unsafe jobs so we can investigate quickly and remove suspicious offers when needed.
Manual review policy
RemoteAI does not automatically publish every submitted post. We manually verify company information, links, and the job description before a listing becomes visible to the public. If something looks suspicious, incomplete, or inconsistent, the post can be blocked before publication.
Before a job goes live
Manual verification first
We check company information and job quality before publication so candidates see more credible opportunities on the marketplace.
