RemoteAI services
Buyer terms
What you agree to when you order a service on RemoteAI. They complete our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. Who sells
Each service is sold by the seller named on the service page, with a link to their profile. The seller does the work and is responsible for it. Your contract for the work is with that seller, not with RemoteAI. RemoteAI runs the platform, reviews services before they are listed, collects and holds your payment for the seller, and decides when an order goes wrong.
2. Price and fees
You pay the package price set by the seller plus a RemoteAI service fee of 5% of the price and $2.00 per order. The price, the fee and the total are shown before you pay, and nothing is added after. There are no other paid options. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them. The seller pays RemoteAI a separate commission from their earnings.
3. Payment
You pay by card through Stripe when you order. RemoteAI is the merchant that charges your card, so your statement shows RemoteAI. RemoteAI holds the payment while the work is done. After delivery you have 14 days to accept the work, ask for a revision or open an issue; without an answer the order is accepted automatically. The seller is paid 14 days after delivery, and for a seller's first 3 sales, 14 days after the order is accepted.
4. Your order
After paying, you answer the seller's questions so the work can start. The delivery time starts then. You check the delivery, ask for the revisions your package includes, then accept it. Work that was not in the package is a new order.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You get a full refund if the seller does not deliver by the delivery date and you cancel, if the seller cancels, if the delivery does not match the package and cannot be fixed, or if you ask the seller to cancel before delivery and they do not answer within 48 hours (write to [email protected] and we cancel and refund the order). Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few business days to show them. Once you accept a delivery, the order is closed.
6. Your right to withdraw (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the order within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. Until service pages show each seller's status, this applies to every order you place as an EU consumer. Business buyers do not have this right. To withdraw, write to [email protected] with your order number, or cancel from the order page if the work has not started. Once the work is delivered, you also have 14 days to accept it, ask for a revision or open an issue.
7. Issues and chargebacks
Open an issue from the order within 14 days of the delivery. The payment stays held while it is open. If you and the seller cannot agree, RemoteAI reviews the package, the messages and the delivery, and decides on a refund or a payment to the seller. Please open an issue before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. If you do ask your bank, RemoteAI answers the bank with the order record (the package, the messages and the delivery).
8. Everything stays on RemoteAI
Ordering, payment and messages for work found on RemoteAI stay on RemoteAI. We can only protect orders paid and discussed here. If a seller asks you to pay elsewhere, report it from their profile.
9. What you share and receive
Give the seller only the access the work needs, and change shared passwords after the order. Unless the service page says otherwise, you can use what is delivered for your business once the order is paid and completed (accepted by you or automatically). Costs of tools in your own accounts (AI model usage, subscriptions) are yours.
10. Reviews
Only the buyer of a completed order can review it: one review per order, within 60 days of the order being completed. For a project paid in milestones, one review is left after the last milestone. Each review is linked to that paid order, so every review comes from a real buyer. Reviews are published at once and are not read by a person first. A review that contains an email address, a phone number or a link is refused when you send it, and you see why. All other reviews count in the rating whatever their rating, and the 20 most recent are shown on the service page, newest first, for as long as the service is listed. The seller can reply once, in public.
Reviews cannot be bought, exchanged or written for a seller in return for anything. RemoteAI may remove a review that shares personal data, insults someone or is not about the order, and tells its author why. If you think a review breaks these rules, buyer or seller, write to [email protected]. It is free.
11. How services are ranked
The default order ("Recommended") uses these factors, from the most important to the least: first the founding services (the first 100 services approved on the marketplace, whose sellers hold the Founding Seller badge), then the best rated services (a rating counts fully from 3 reviews), then the most complete listings (an original and detailed description, an image), then the newest. Search and category pages use the same order among the services that match. No seller can pay to be ranked higher. You can also sort by price or delivery time, filter by category and search.
12. Report a service or a seller
If a service or a seller breaks these terms or the law, use "Report this talent" on the seller's profile, or write to [email protected] with the link and what is wrong. You do not need an account to write to us. We look at every report, may pause or remove the service, and tell you what we decided.
13. Contact
For any question about an order or these terms, write to [email protected] or use our Help Center.
14. Your rights and the law that applies
These terms are governed by French law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the rights that the law of your country gives you, including its mandatory consumer protections, and nothing in these terms takes them away. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem together.
