Amy Moran is a product leader specializing in AI and enterprise software, with a passion for building tools that make complex systems feel intuitive, transparent, and human-centered. She currently leads product strategy for AI-powered deployment tools at Workday, where she drives innovation across retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and emerging agentic workflows that help customers deploy Workday faster, more accurately, and with greater confidence. Before Workday, Amy held product and consulting roles across the technology ecosystem, from shaping IT automation at Cisco, to helping early-stage startups scale their first products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, product design, and data infrastructure, and she’s known for blending deep technical understanding with empathy for user experience. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, where she focused on data science and product strategy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from UC San Diego. She’s passionate about responsible AI, cross-functional collaboration, and designing systems that empower people to do their best work.
