Professional Overview
I produce and issue bulletins with weather forecasts for maritime navigation in the South Atlantic. I generate and disseminate weather alerts for the population and authorities with the aim of mitigating the impact of severe atmospheric phenomena.I develop forecasting tools from satellite images and numerical models using languages such as Python, and I am particularly interested in and actively develop Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) for improved atmospheric prediction.I was part of the Aeronautical Meteorology Office of the National Weather Service at Marmabio Base (Argentina) in Antarctica, where I produced and disseminated aeronautical forecasts for the C-130 Hércules and Bell-212 and 414 Skúas Squadrons.
