After serving as a Specialist in the U.S. Army—where he developed core strengths in discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving—he transitioned into the transportation and technical trades, consistently demonstrating a hands-on, solution-driven mindset.  Recently certified in Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT through Vanderbilt University, Jamaal now applies his unique blend of practical field experience and AI fluency to designing precise, reliable prompts for large language models. His expertise includes crafting prompts that optimize accuracy, enhance automation workflows, and streamline user interaction with generative AI systems.  Driven by a passion for continuous learning and real-world application, Jamaal brings integrity, clarity, and purpose to every project he tackles.
