As a manager of the largest Point Of Sale provider, I've providing support for over 15 years. I’ve led teams through challenges, streamlined processes, and ensured seamless, secure payment solutions for clients across multiple states. I have quite the customer base which gives me good opportunity to capitalize since i know all the owners.I'm Always eager to learn, I spend my downtime diving into Python, AI, and automation to develop tools that boost productivity and efficiency. My commitment to growth, combined with hands-on expertise, ensures I’m always ready to adapt, innovate, and elevate team performance. Whether it’s managing systems, leading teams, or developing new solutions, I bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset to every project.I am currently working but my kids are grown and i have plenty of more time now to learn or expand my skillset to help make more money or possibly even replace my current job someday and work with an AI driven company wanting to expand and automate.
