Professional Overview
AI automation specialist with 3+ years building custom GPT solutions and 15+ years of digital marketing expertise. I transform business operations through intelligent workflow automation, significantly reducing time spent on repetitive tasks while boosting lead conversions. My unique strength lies in bridging technical AI implementation (custom GPTs, AI texting agents, workflow automation) with strategic marketing applications (Meta ads, lead generation, content marketing). As a Certified Generative AI Specialist, I've had the opportunity to consult with companies across a wide range of industries which has ultimately increased my AI skills in prompt engineering, AI agent building, workflow automation, AI image and video generation using various models. Notable achievements include developing an AI lead reactivation system that successfully revitalized dormant contacts and building automated content marketing suites that substantially reduced creation costs while increasing organic traffic. I excel at identifying operational inefficiencies and deploying targeted AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI. My hands-on experience with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and Perplexity) combined with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier) enables me to create seamless systems that enhance both customer experience and business outcomes.
