I work mainly in n8n, Make and Zapier, connected to the OpenAI API, Twilio, Vapi, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Airtable, Google Workspace and WhatsApp through APIs and webhooks. My projects include a missed call recovery and booking system, a B2B lead generation and qualification pipeline, and a customer support chatbot with a RAG knowledge base.
