I’m an AI engineer who builds production LLM and agentic systems. At Salesforce I’ve shipped agents that do tool calling, multi-step reasoning, memory and human checkpoints, with RAG pipelines behind them and the evaluation and monitoring that keeps answer quality steady. Five years across SAP and Salesforce gave me the enterprise data side as well, so I’ve worked with messy real records rather than clean demo data. I work mostly in Python and FastAPI, with LangChain and LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, PostgreSQL and vector search. What I care about is getting a system into production and keeping it observable, since prototypes are the easy part.
