Professional Overview
I help organizations determine where AI and automation actually belong in the business—and what should happen before they build. As Founder & Principal of eunoiaAI, I work across business process analysis, workflow intelligence, AI opportunity assessment, implementation planning, agentic workflow design, and governed AI adoption. My approach begins with the work itself: how a process operates today, where friction and exceptions occur, what decisions are being made, what data and systems are involved, and where human judgment needs to remain. From there, I help organizations identify and prioritize viable AI and automation opportunities, evaluate build-vs-buy and human-led alternatives, define implementation roadmaps, and establish the controls needed for responsible production use. Engagements can range from focused workflow diagnostics and roadmaps through governed AI implementation and agent design. A successful outcome is not automatically “build AI.” Sometimes the right answer is to use an existing platform, redesign the workflow, address a data constraint, retain human control, or pause until the business case is stronger.
