Within my 20+ years of overall managerial and entrepreneur experience, I mastered a vast set of soft skills, including communications, leadership, a client-oriented mindset, empathy, and the ability to create an effective and pleasant atmosphere within a team or a company. I used to work with very different people and can find an approach to almost anyone.My IT Project Managerial experience started in 2019. Since then I have studied a big set of technologies, techniques and approaches, obtained experience working with several projects simultaneously in outsource companies, managed out-stuff teams, managed distributed teams, led blockchain products development and created communication processes within a company of 1000+ employees.
