Viktoria K.

I am an Operations and Business Analyst with a passion for logic, efficiency, and emerging technology. For over 10 years, I managed the complex reality of international manufacturing—overseeing supply chains, negotiating B2B contracts, and optimizing production workflows to reduce costs. I learned early on that a "process" isn't just a document; it's the engine that keeps a business running.Currently, I am pivoting these skills into the Tech sector. I am combining my Master’s in Economics with deep research into Generative AI. My focus is not just on using AI, but on "stress-testing" it—applying adversarial prompt engineering (Red Teaming) to ensure that AI solutions are robust, safe, and commercially viable.I specialize in:* Process Architecture: Translating messy real-world problems into clean logical workflows.* Adversarial AI Testing: Designing complex personas and edge cases to test LLM reliability.* Economic Analysis: Evaluating ROI and efficiency in business systems.I am looking for roles in Operations, Business Analysis, or AI Process Quality where I can apply my "Safety Officer" mindset to digital products.
