About the role

Responsibilities

• Map a client's manual workflows and identify the highest-impact automation opportunities
• Integrate CRMs, dialers, forms, and payment tools via REST APIs and webhooks
• Build AI agents using Claude and OpenAI APIs for qualification, summarization, and follow-up
• Monitor live workflows, handle failures and edge cases, and fix breakages fast
• Document every build so someone else on the client's team can maintain it

Requirements

• Portfolio of live workflows you can screen share and walk through in detail
• Comfortable reading API docs and building integrations without a tutorial
• Experience with LLM APIs in production, not just prompting in a chat window
• Working JavaScript for custom nodes, data transforms, and edge case handling
