We sell AI automation solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies. Our close rate is strong — when we get in front of the right person. The problem is pipeline. We need a BDM who can prospect into enterprise accounts, reach the economic buyer, and run a clean discovery-to-proposal process without needing hand-holding. You'll own a named account list, work alongside our solutions engineering team on technical deals, and report directly to the VP of Sales. Base plus commission, clear quota, realistic targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new enterprise accounts from a named list
Run discovery calls and product demos with technical and commercial stakeholders
Write proposals and manage the full sales cycle through to close
Coordinate with the solutions engineering team on technical requirements
Update CRM weekly and deliver accurate pipeline forecasts
Requirements
3+ years B2B technology sales or business development
Comfort selling AI or data products to technical and business buyers
Able to run a structured discovery process and write compelling proposals
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and pipeline management
Self-starter — manages own pipeline without micromanagement
