About the role

We sell AI automation solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies. Our close rate is strong — when we get in front of the right person. The problem is pipeline. We need a BDM who can prospect into enterprise accounts, reach the economic buyer, and run a clean discovery-to-proposal process without needing hand-holding. You'll own a named account list, work alongside our solutions engineering team on technical deals, and report directly to the VP of Sales. Base plus commission, clear quota, realistic targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new enterprise accounts from a named list
  • Run discovery calls and product demos with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Write proposals and manage the full sales cycle through to close
  • Coordinate with the solutions engineering team on technical requirements
  • Update CRM weekly and deliver accurate pipeline forecasts

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B technology sales or business development
  • Comfort selling AI or data products to technical and business buyers
  • Able to run a structured discovery process and write compelling proposals
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and pipeline management
  • Self-starter — manages own pipeline without micromanagement
