This role supports internal teams—marketing, product, operations, and customer success—by providing clear analytics, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that strengthen the platform’s performance. Key Responsibilities 📊 Data Collection & Management Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from the Prolific Works platform, including reader activity, book downloads, author campaigns, and engagement metrics. Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and ensure consistent data hygiene. Organize and structure datasets for reporting, analysis, and cross-team use. 📈 Analytics & Reporting Build dashboards and recurring reports that track platform performance, campaign success, and user behavior trends.
