AI Developer Productivity Analytics Engineer

About the role

We serve engineering leaders at mid-size and large tech companies who want to understand where their developer tooling investments actually pay off. Our SDK and plugin marketplace already give us rich usage data, but we've never turned that data into a coherent picture of developer productivity trends. We need someone to build the analytics layer that surfaces which tools, integrations, and workflows correlate with faster shipping and fewer production incidents. This is a senior, high-visibility role reporting directly to our head of product.

Responsibilities

  • Build analytics pipelines from SDK and plugin usage data
  • Identify correlations between tool usage and delivery metrics
  • Design dashboards that communicate findings to engineering leaders
  • Partner with the product team on which metrics matter most
  • Maintain data warehouse models in Snowflake for repeatable analysis

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar warehouses
  • Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
  • Comfortable presenting findings to senior engineering leadership
  • Background in developer tools or platform analytics a plus
