Job Description: AI Engineer (Full-Time) Job Title: AI Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–7 Years Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Remote Department: Technology & Engineering Reports To: CTO / Technical Lead About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and deploying AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. You will work on building AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), developing machine learning solutions, and creating scalable AI applications that solve real business problems. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, innovative, technically strong, and capable of taking AI projects from concept to production. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions. Build and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems. Work with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and intelligent knowledge assistants. Integrate AI APIs into existing software, websites, and business applications. Develop AI-driven workflow automation and business process automation. Work with vector databases and embedding technologies. Build chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications. Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models when required. Develop backend services and APIs for AI applications. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities. Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry developments. Required Technical Skills AI & Machine Learning Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization. Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, and semantic search. Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows. Programming & Development Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development. Experience with Git, Docker, and software deployment. AI Frameworks & Tools OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini. LangChain and/or LlamaIndex. LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks. Vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS. Experience with Hugging Face and open-source AI models is a plus. Cloud & Infrastructure Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, and production deployment. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 3–7 years of relevant software engineering or AI development experience. Demonstrated experience building and deploying real-world AI applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing production-grade AI agents. Experience with multi-agent systems and tool calling. Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol). Experience with AI-powered voice applications. Experience with OCR, document intelligence, and data extraction.
