About the role
We make tools that developers use every day. AI is now at the core of what those tools do. We need a product lead who can read the code, talk to users, and write a spec that engineers actually want to build from — not one that gets rewritten in sprint planning. You'll own the AI product roadmap end to end. No committees, no approval layers. You'll also define what quality looks like for our AI outputs, because right now that bar is fuzzy and it needs to be crisp.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI product roadmap for our developer tools suite
- Write detailed specs for AI features and partner with engineering on delivery
- Run user research cycles and synthesise findings into clear insights
- Define quality standards and acceptance criteria for AI outputs
- Present product strategy to leadership and investors
Requirements
- 4+ years product management with at least 2 in AI or developer tools
- Able to write technical product specs and evaluate model outputs critically
- Deep empathy for developer workflows and pain points
- Experience running beta programs and structured user research
- Strong written communication — drives alignment across eng, design, and GTM
