About the role

Every Monday our finance lead exports five different spreadsheets, pastes them into Google Sheets, spends 90 minutes manually reconciling numbers, and then sends a report that's already 3 days old. This has been happening for 2 years. All the data is in Snowflake. It just never got turned into anything useful. We need a BI developer to build 8–10 self-service dashboards in Tableau so our finance, sales, and product teams can look things up themselves. Starting with revenue by segment, churn by cohort, and pipeline coverage — the basics that everyone argues about in Monday meetings. Ongoing work after that. We have no shortage of things to build.
