About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate to support our brand’s day-to-day social media operations and content growth. This role is primarily focused on social media execution, including topic planning, copywriting, publishing, audience engagement, and performance review across platforms. You will turn product updates, market trends, and audience insights into engaging content that improves brand visibility and interaction. We value candidates who are comfortable using AI tools to improve research, ideation, drafting, and workflow efficiency, but this is not a technical AI engineering role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily content publishing across social media platforms.
  • Plan topics, content calendars, and posting schedules.
  • Write social posts, short-form copy, and campaign content.
  • Use AI tools to support research, ideation, and copy optimization.
  • Monitor trends, hot topics, and competitor activity.
  • Track engagement and content performance across platforms.
  • Support social media growth to improve reach and interaction.
  • Work independently in a remote team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong written English for communication and content creation.
  • Additional Asian languages such as Malay or Korean are a plus.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and copy improvement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Good copywriting sense for different platforms and audiences.
  • Personal account operation or active platform usage is a plus.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Interest in investing or trading is a strong plus.
