About the role

We're a small but fast-moving AI studio and we're looking for a Senior LLM Engineer to own the core of our language model stack. You'll work directly with the founders to ship production LLM pipelines — from prompt design and evaluation to fine-tuning and RAG architecture. We move fast, iterate often, and care deeply about reliability. This is a remote-first role. We do two short syncs per week and write everything down. If you've shipped LLM-powered products to real users, we want to talk.

Fully remote.

Requirements

  • – 3+ years of hands-on ML engineering
  • – Strong Python, LangChain, and vector DB experience
  • – Track record of deploying RAG or agent systems to production
  • – Comfortable designing evaluation frameworks
  • – Bonus: experience with LoRA / PEFT fine-tuning
