From my experience as a company owner I become a leader for teams with up to 20 team members (SWE, QA and Interns). I had the pleasant opportunity of coaching and leading great professionals along my career and I achieved great results for some important success cases for big players in world marketplace, such as EMBRAER and PETROBRAS.
