AI Accessibility Regression Testing Engineer

About the role

Have you ever shipped a UI change that accidentally broke screen reader navigation for someone who depended on it? That's the class of bug our clients keep asking us to catch automatically. We don't care where you work from. We care about output, clear communication, and ownership. Ravio Tech already runs visual regression and synthetic test data generation for engineering teams — accessibility regression testing is a natural next product line clients keep requesting. You'll build the first version of this: a test suite that runs automated accessibility checks on every UI change and flags regressions before they reach production, integrated with our existing test infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build an automated accessibility regression test suite for UI changes
  • Integrate accessibility checks with existing visual regression infrastructure
  • Design clear regression reports for engineering teams to act on
  • Maintain a growing library of accessibility check patterns
  • Support client onboarding for the new test suite

Requirements

  • Python and FastAPI experience for building test infrastructure
  • Docker experience for test environment provisioning
  • Interest in accessibility and inclusive design testing
  • Comfort working fully async and remote
  • 0-2 years experience welcome
