AI Agent Developer — Multi-Step Workflow Automation

We want to build an AI agent that handles our end-to-end sales intelligence workflow — researching prospects, writing personalised outreach, updating our CRM, and scheduling follow-ups. Currently, our SDRs spend 3 hours per day on research and admin. We want the agent to handle 90% of that. Stack: Python, LangChain agents, OpenAI API, HubSpot CRM integration, Apollo.io API. This is a real engineering project, not a no-code experiment. We need someone who has built production agentic systems before.
