About the role
We are a small automation agency with a steady flow of B2B client work — mostly n8n and Make.com, some Python, some LLM integrations. Our team is four people and everyone ships. We are looking for a developer who can take a brief, ask the right clarifying questions, build something clean, and hand it over with documentation the client can actually follow. You will have a senior developer available for code reviews and architectural questions — but day-to-day you will run your own projects. If you want autonomy with a safety net, this is the right setup.

- Document every workflow clearly before handover
- Test edge cases and set up error notifications
- Communicate proactively with clients on blockers
- Maintain an internal library of reusable automation components
Requirements
Technical stack needed for this mission.
- 2+ years building automation workflows in production
- Fluent in n8n or Make.com — knows the edge cases, not just the happy path
- Comfortable calling REST APIs and handling webhooks
- Basic Python for custom steps and data transformation
- Familiar with at least one LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
