About the role

Enterprise brands produce thousands of content pieces per month — blog posts, social updates, email campaigns, ad copy, support responses — and maintaining consistent tone across all of them is a constant battle. The sales email sounds corporate while the social team writes like a college intern. The blog is authoritative while customer support is apologetic. Our tone audit system detects these inconsistencies and scores every piece of content against the brand's defined voice. You'll build the tone modeling and auditing pipeline: learning brand voice characteristics from approved reference content, scoring new content across dimensions like formality, warmth, confidence, and specificity, and identifying the specific phrases and sentence structures that deviate from brand standards. The output isn't just a score — it's actionable feedback with suggested rewrites. The brand intelligence team is five engineers. You'll be the senior engineer who defines the tone modeling architecture, working with brand strategists who define what each client's voice means and content teams who use the audit feedback daily.

Responsibilities

  • Build tone modeling from approved brand reference content
  • Score content across formality, warmth, confidence, and specificity dimensions
  • Generate actionable feedback with specific deviation explanations
  • Produce suggested rewrites for high-deviation passages
  • Design evaluation metrics correlating automated scores with human brand expert judgments
  • Support integration into content workflow tools: CMS, email platforms, social schedulers

Requirements

  • 5+ years in NLP with text style analysis or generation experience
  • Experience building stylometric models or brand voice systems
  • Strong PyTorch and Hugging Face skills
  • Understanding of brand communications and content marketing workflows
  • Track record of shipping NLP tools used by non-technical teams
