AI Champion Tracking Engineer

About the role

We serve over 300 enterprise sales teams who lose deals every quarter because their internal champion changed jobs and nobody noticed until it was too late. The person in this role will own the system that tracks champion engagement across a deal's lifecycle — email response patterns, meeting attendance, job changes picked up from public signals — and surfaces a clear risk score to account executives before it's too late to react. Reliability and accuracy are non-negotiable here: sales teams will only trust a score they've seen be right multiple times, so you'll spend real time validating against closed-lost data.

Responsibilities

  • Own the champion engagement and risk scoring model end to end
  • Design SQL pipelines that combine CRM, email, and public signal data
  • Build Power BI dashboards that account executives check weekly
  • Validate model accuracy against historical closed-lost deal data

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and Python skills for building scoring pipelines
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI for a sales or revenue audience
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment with regular in-office collaboration
  • Experience with CRM data (Salesforce or similar) a strong plus
