About the role

We rolled out an AI tool to our 400-person sales team 3 months ago. Adoption is 22%. The other 78% opened it once, decided it wasn't worth the effort, and went back to their old workflows. This isn't a product problem — the tool is solid. It's a change management problem. We need a consultant who has driven AI adoption in large sales organisations before to diagnose why adoption failed and fix it. Expected output: adoption audit, root cause analysis, and a 12-week activation plan that our HR and sales enablement team can execute.
