AI Climate Risk Disclosure Analyst

About the role

Our mission is to make climate risk data usable for companies that have no in-house sustainability team, not just Fortune 500 firms with dedicated ESG departments. Our platform already tracks carbon accounting and biodiversity data for hundreds of mid-size businesses. This role focuses on turning that raw data into the specific disclosure formats regulators now require, from carbon intensity ratios to supply chain emissions estimates. What we expect from you is careful, defensible analysis — these numbers get filed with regulators, and mistakes have real consequences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Translate raw sustainability data into regulatory disclosure formats
  • Build reusable templates for common climate risk disclosure requirements
  • Validate calculations against source ESG and emissions data
  • Work with R or Python to automate recurring disclosure calculations
  • Collaborate with the product team on new disclosure feature requests

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or climate risk analysis
  • Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis
  • Familiarity with common climate disclosure frameworks
  • Comfortable working with SQL and structured environmental datasets
  • Attention to detail given regulatory stakes
