About the role

We're building forecasting tools that keep life-saving drug shipments moving through fragile cold-chain supply networks connecting manufacturing sites to hospitals across three continents. Our clients include hospital networks and specialty pharmacies who cannot afford a stockout of a temperature-sensitive biologic, and our forecasts directly inform how much inventory gets positioned at each regional depot. In this role you'll build the models that combine historical shipment data, customs delays, and seasonal demand patterns into replenishment recommendations regional supply managers act on every week. Reliability and auditability are non-negotiable here — every forecast needs a clear trail back to the data that produced it.

Responsibilities

  • Build demand and replenishment forecasting models for cold-chain drug shipments
  • Incorporate customs delay and seasonal demand signals into forecasts
  • Partner with regional supply managers to validate recommendations
  • Document forecast assumptions for audit and regulatory review

Requirements

  • 5+ years in forecasting or supply chain data science
  • Strong SQL and Spark skills for large-scale shipment data
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or cold-chain logistics a plus
