About the role

Finding patients who qualify for a clinical trial is only half the problem — finding them before the enrollment window closes is the other. Our clients include research hospitals running trials with strict eligibility criteria and tight timelines, and every week a trial stays under-enrolled is a week of delayed research. In this role you'll build matching models that compare de-identified patient records against trial eligibility criteria, surfacing ranked candidate lists coordinators can act on immediately. Reliability and auditability matter — every match needs a clear trail back to the eligibility criteria it satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Build matching models comparing patient records to trial eligibility criteria
  • Design ranked candidate lists for trial coordinators
  • Partner with research hospitals to validate match quality
  • Document match rationale for audit and coordinator review

Requirements

  • 5+ years in healthcare data science with strong SQL skills
  • Experience with scikit-learn or similar modeling frameworks
  • Background in clinical trials or healthcare data a plus
