AI Compliance Policy Version Diff Analyzer

About the role

We just signed three new enterprise clients who each maintain hundreds of internal policy documents, and manually tracking what changed between versions has become the biggest bottleneck in our compliance monitoring product. Delvio Solutions already tracks regulatory filings and generates compliance training content at scale. What we're missing is a way to automatically diff policy document versions and classify which changes are substantive versus cosmetic — right now that classification happens by hand. You'll own this end to end: the diffing logic, the classification model, and the reporting layer that lets compliance teams see exactly what changed and why it matters.

Responsibilities

  • Build a diffing engine comparing successive versions of policy documents
  • Design a classifier distinguishing substantive from cosmetic policy changes
  • Build reporting that surfaces meaningful changes to compliance teams
  • Deploy and scale the system across three new enterprise client accounts
  • Partner with compliance analysts to validate classification accuracy

Requirements

  • Experience building document comparison or diffing systems
  • scikit-learn experience for text classification tasks
  • Strong SQL skills for managing document version history
  • AWS production deployment experience
  • Compliance or regulatory domain experience a plus
