About the role

Annual compliance training is universally dreaded. Employees click through 45 minutes of generic slides, answer a quiz without reading, and learn nothing. The training exists because regulations require it, not because it changes behavior. We're building training that actually works — AI-generated scenarios personalized to each employee's role, industry, and the specific compliance risks they face. You'll build the content generation pipeline: taking regulatory requirements and company-specific policies as input, generating realistic scenario-based training modules with branching decision paths, and creating assessment questions that test understanding rather than memorization. Each generated module must be factually accurate (regulations are not suggestions), engaging (no corporate jargon), and role-relevant (a sales rep faces different compliance risks than an accountant). This is a 6-month freelance engagement. You'll work with our compliance content strategist who defines the pedagogical framework and our legal reviewer who validates regulatory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Build scenario generation pipeline from regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Create branching decision paths personalized to employee roles
  • Generate assessment questions testing comprehension over memorization
  • Ensure factual accuracy of regulatory content in generated training
  • Produce role-specific training variations for different compliance risk profiles
  • Iterate on engagement quality based on learner completion and feedback data

Requirements

  • 3+ years building LLM-powered content generation systems
  • Experience with structured content generation and quality control
  • Strong Python skills with LangChain or similar frameworks
  • Ability to work with regulatory text and legal accuracy requirements
  • Understanding of instructional design principles is a plus
