About the role

Our clients post content across six to ten channels each, and most of them have no idea which channel actually drives conversions versus just impressions. Fast-moving team. Big problem. We need someone who ships. Krato AI builds the growth tooling that tells marketing teams where their content actually performs, not just where it gets posted. You'll build the model that recommends optimal distribution timing and channel mix per content piece based on historical performance data. This is a six-month contract with strong potential to extend, working closely with our two-person growth engineering team.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build channel-performance models from historical content distribution data
  • Design recommendation logic for optimal posting time and channel mix
  • Build Power BI reporting for client-facing content performance reviews
  • Clean and merge data feeds from multiple social and content platforms
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from the growth team

Requirements

  • SQL and pandas experience with marketing or content performance data
  • Comfort building recommendation or ranking logic
  • Power BI or similar dashboarding tool experience
  • Available for a 6-month contract with potential extension
  • Startup environment experience preferred
