We're a creator tools company and AI is at the centre of what we build. We need someone who lives at the intersection of AI and content — not as a casual user, but as a practitioner who understands prompt strategy, model limitations, and how to get consistent quality at scale across a content team of eight. You'll own our AI-assisted content pipeline from strategy to distribution: designing prompt templates, reviewing outputs for quality and brand voice, training the team on best practices, and iterating on what doesn't work. You'll also write for our blog — we care about quality over volume, and our best articles take a week to research and write. If you've built prompt systems for a content team, managed an AI content workflow, or written something that's genuinely changed how a team thinks about AI tools, tell us about it.
