About the role

We're building the next generation of brand voice tooling for content teams who publish across a dozen channels and need every piece to sound consistent without sounding robotic. You'll build a personalization layer on top of our existing content strategist tools, using LangChain and the OpenAI API to adapt tone and structure per channel while keeping brand voice consistent. SQL and pandas will be your daily tools for measuring whether personalized content actually performs better. You'll work directly with our brand voice designer, who reviews model outputs weekly to make sure personalization never drifts away from what the brand should sound like.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build a personalization layer on top of existing content strategy tools
  • Use LangChain and the OpenAI API to adapt content per channel
  • Measure personalization impact with SQL and pandas analysis
  • Review outputs weekly with the brand voice designer

Requirements

  • 3+ years building LLM-powered content or personalization tools
  • Hands-on LangChain and OpenAI API experience
  • Solid SQL skills for measuring content performance
  • Comfortable working closely with brand and creative stakeholders
