AI Content Tagging Engineer

About the role

The tagging models you'll help build are used to organize millions of documents across our taxonomy and entity-linking products every day. Hugging Face and LangChain are the core of what we build, and in this junior role you'll help fine-tune and evaluate tagging models under the guidance of senior NLP architects. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with leadership, contributing directly to a pipeline that's already in production at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune and evaluate document tagging models using Hugging Face
  • Build lightweight orchestration flows with LangChain for tagging pipelines
  • Report model performance metrics in weekly team syncs

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Hugging Face libraries and Python
  • Basic familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration tools
  • Eagerness to learn from senior NLP engineers on the team
