AI Cross-Channel Budget Reallocation Engineer

About the role

The reallocation recommendations you'll ship move seven-figure ad budgets between channels every week. You'll join our analytics engineering team, working alongside the marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing specialists who already measure channel-level lift. Our enterprise clients include consumer brands spending heavily across search, social, and retail media, and they've asked for one thing our current tools don't fully deliver: a recommendation engine that reallocates budget automatically based on incrementality results, not just historical performance. We expect this work to hold up under client scrutiny — every reallocation recommendation needs a clear incrementality basis a client's finance team can review before approving the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Build a budget reallocation engine driven by incrementality test results
  • Partner with the marketing mix modeling team on shared lift estimates
  • Produce client-reviewable justifications for every reallocation recommendation
  • Track reallocation impact against baseline channel performance
  • Present quarterly reallocation outcomes to enterprise client stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and statistics background for incrementality analysis
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for client-facing reporting
  • Comfortable with pandas for large-scale marketing data processing
  • Prior experience with marketing mix modeling or media attribution
