About the role

We serve compliance teams at companies operating across dozens of regulatory jurisdictions at once, and the same underlying requirement often exists under completely different names and thresholds in each one. Our horizon scanning and sandbox testing tools already track individual regulations well, but nobody has built the layer that maps equivalent requirements across jurisdictions so a compliance team can answer one question once instead of twenty times.

Responsibilities

  • Build models that map equivalent regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
  • Maintain a structured knowledge base of cross-jurisdiction mappings
  • Work with compliance analysts to validate mapping accuracy
  • Extend mapping coverage as new jurisdictions and regulations are added

Requirements

  • Experience building RAG pipelines over dense regulatory text
  • Comfortable with LangChain and structured knowledge extraction
  • Strong SQL skills for maintaining structured mapping data
  • Interest in regulatory or compliance domains
