About the role

Our data pipelines for benchmark scoring are growing faster than the team keeping them organized. We're looking for someone to build the leaderboard layer that sits on top of them: right now, comparing how different model versions perform across our contamination detection and capability evaluation benchmarks means pulling numbers from a dozen separate scripts by hand. This role builds a live leaderboard service that aggregates benchmark results across models and makes comparisons instantly queryable for the research team.

Responsibilities

  • Build a leaderboard service aggregating results across benchmark suites
  • Design APIs that let researchers query model comparisons on demand
  • Maintain data pipelines feeding the leaderboard from evaluation jobs
  • Work with the research team to prioritize which comparisons matter most

Requirements

  • Experience building data aggregation services or internal dashboards
  • Comfortable with SQL, FastAPI, and statistical result comparison
  • Some familiarity with model evaluation or benchmarking concepts
  • Ability to work closely with a research-focused team
